When you use 002Call, we may collect the phone numbers you enter, call timing and duration, destination and rate information, device and browser details, approximate location information, and technical logs needed to operate and protect the service.
Payments are processed by our payment providers. We receive transaction details such as the amount, currency, payment status, and a limited payment identifier, but we do not store your full card number.

Call-related information is used to connect calls, calculate charges, troubleshoot problems, comply with legal obligations, and protect the service. Telecom and infrastructure providers may process the information necessary to complete a call.
Do not enter sensitive personal information into call-related fields unless it is necessary for your call. 002Call does not need the contents of your conversations to provide the service.

5. Cookies and analytics
002Call and our providers may use cookies or similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, understand service usage, and detect security issues. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although some service features may not work correctly without them.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet accounting and legal requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and prevent fraud. Retention periods vary depending on the type and purpose of the information.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a unique password and contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
