002Call provides browser-based international calling services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to use 002Call in compliance with applicable laws.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use 002Call. If you use the service for a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or used to create duplicate accounts to bypass these Terms or a promotion.

002Call provides browser-based outbound international calls. Availability and quality depend on your device, browser, internet connection, location, and telecommunications providers. 002Call does not replace a mobile or fixed-line telephone service.

002Call does not support emergency calls, including 911, 112, 999, or equivalent services. Keep access to a traditional telephone, mobile phone, or other emergency calling service.

Calls are billed per minute using credits in your 002Call account. Rates vary by destination, number type, and carrier. The applicable price is shown before you place a call. Rates, available destinations, taxes, and other charges may change, and the rate shown before a new call applies to that call.

Credits do not expire unless the applicable offer says otherwise, but they are not cash, cannot be transferred, and cannot be resold. You authorize 002Call and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method when you purchase credits. Payment-provider fees, bank fees, taxes, or internet charges may apply.

Except where required by law or expressly approved by support, credit purchases are final once credits have been added to your account. You must not initiate a fraudulent chargeback. We may suspend an account and recover costs caused by an invalid or abusive chargeback.

New users may receive a free first minute, and we may offer other promotions from time to time. Each promotion may have additional terms, limits on duration or value, eligible destinations or number types, and an expiry date.

Unless stated otherwise, promotions are limited to one redemption per person, household, device, payment method, or account. Promotions have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

We may refuse, limit, revoke, modify, suspend, or discontinue a promotion when we reasonably believe it is being abused or used fraudulently, including through duplicate accounts or attempts to circumvent the promotion rules.

You may use 002Call only for lawful, personal, and legitimate communications. You must not use the service for fraud, harassment, abuse, spam, automated bulk calling, robocalling, caller-ID spoofing, impersonation, or activity that violates another person's rights or applicable law.

You must not use robots, scripts, automated devices, or unauthorized software to access or operate the service; interfere with the service or its networks; attempt unauthorized access; collect information about other users; or use 002Call to make calls or recordings without the consent required by applicable law.

We may limit, suspend, or close an account and block destinations when we reasonably believe the service is being misused, presents a security or fraud risk, or breaches these Terms.

002Call and its software, website, branding, design, content, features, and pricing information are owned by or licensed to 002Call and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service or its content unless permitted by law or with our prior written permission.

The service relies on third-party providers, including payment, authentication, hosting, analytics, and telecommunications providers. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies, and their availability can affect 002Call.

002Call is not responsible for third-party websites, services, networks, content, or policies. Your use of a third-party service may be subject to a separate agreement with that provider.

We process account, payment, and call-related information to provide and secure the service. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information about how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

You must not attempt to interfere with the service, access another user's account, reverse engineer the platform, or bypass security or usage controls.

We work to keep 002Call available and reliable, but calls can be affected by your internet connection, device, local restrictions, carrier networks, or maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service, or that every destination will always be available.

To the extent permitted by law, 002Call is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You may stop using 002Call or request account deletion through support. We may suspend or terminate access immediately when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, or address a breach of these Terms.

When an account is terminated, your right to use the service ends. Unless required by law or expressly approved by support, unused credits are not refundable after termination. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits, will continue to apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 002Call and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

This includes losses caused by interrupted calls, network failures, third-party services, unauthorized account access, or the conduct of another user. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of 002Call after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms and any policies they incorporate are the entire agreement between you and 002Call about the service and replace prior discussions about that subject.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to 002Call's operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The appropriate courts or dispute process will depend on that entity's registered jurisdiction and applicable consumer law.
